Dynamic and intense, jump board incorporates classical Pilates with cardio and endurance, it fires up your whole body and will get your hearts racing! 

 

Jump board is perfect for those looking to improve their cardiovascular training, muscular endurance and strength and push themselves out of their comfort zone! With the added bonus of your favourite weekend tunes!

 

We do not recommended participating in a jump board class if you are pregnant.
