Hi I'm Kaltrina
I’m a qualified Mat, Reformer, and Perinatal Pilates instructor with over five years of personal practice. With a long-standing passion for fitness and movement, Pilates quickly became the method I connected with most, inspiring me to take my passion beyond my own training and into teaching.
I genuinely love teaching Pilates and creating supportive, energising classes that challenge you in a positive and achievable way. My focus is on helping clients build strength, move with confidence, and leave each session feeling empowered, encouraged, and more connected to their bodies.
